Yeah, they basically just took and RS30 and gave it a bodykit. Kind of like the Blitzens.

The RS30 has 220hp so if the B6 does have 270hp (which I'm not sure about) then they must have warmed it a bit.

Edit: Found some info in Japanese, it is 270hp up from 220, apparently it's ported with different cam profile and larger throttle plus Endless 6 pot brakes (possibly more, my Japanese isn't good and I can't be bothered). And the wing is not part original.

They probably sell each part of the aero package separately too so you could make a "replica" without the performance mods.

So then it's actually from Tommy Kaira? I know that there are "Tommy Kaira" cars out there that just have all the bodykit mods on them and I thought it was one of those.

As for knowing Shinonome, it's the only Super Autobacs (In Tokyo. Osaka is a whole different story) that I've seen that'll have amazing cars at any time on any given day....

I believe they are Speedline or Prodrive. I'm pretty sure they are Speedline though.

Yeah they look like Speedlines (there are also 6 and 7 spoke in the same style), and there was an optional Rays wheel for STi's that looks very similar - I want them but they're a bit pricey being forged and a little rare.
