Rattle, Midpipe and Intake

Ok, so my heat shields a rattling. Should I just remove them?

I have decided on Borla headders, Stromung cat, and Stromung muffler but I am having trouble finding a suitable mid pipe with resonator. TWE has one that I like but am hoping to find one cheaper. any suggestions?

What intake kit do you guys recommend?

and so i don't start another thread if I open up my hood scoop to let in more air will it be detrimental to anything? or is there an intake kit that hooks up directly to the hood scoop?

the hybrid intake is the best, replace the stock intake between the MAF and throttle body with some ebay SRI piping and volia hybrid intake

Anybody have any idea where i can get a Ganzflow? none on e-bay.
