ej25d head removal?

Is there a diy head removal for the ej25d? I know theres one for th ej251 but i havent seen one for the 25d. Well im trying to remove the heads off the 25d so i can replace the pistons and for me to do that i have to remove both cams just to get to the bolts. So far i took off two plates that holds the cams but cannot remove the one closet to the cam gear because of the back platting gives me mo room to play. to take of that plactic backing you need to pull cam gears off. and remove the bolts holding the plastics on. then you should be able to remove the other brackets to remove the cams

ha, dude i got frustrated and just broke those plastic suckers off.I wont be using the heads anyways
