I bought a few odds and ends from this guy in febuary, I promptly paypaled the agreed price with the understanding that he would ship the parts the next day as I was under a time crunch. Well after waiting a week I PM'd and texted him again about it, and he said he'd send them out right away. 2 weeks later still nothing. This time I got a hold of him and he said he'd refund my money. now 2 months later, I still don't have my money, and I haven't been able to get a hold of him for the last 3 weeks. Long story short, don't trust him, he's not loser.

In closing, don't trust anything "upstateclipse" says, and if you happen to know who he is, punch him in the throat for me.

I'm out $125, which isn't too much, but it's enough that it'll piss a guy off. Just wanted to warn everyone on here.

We have another shady member on here. I hope you filed a claim with paypal (if thats what you used). I'm going to start a thread with a list of shady "members" to try to make sure this happens as least as possible. Although we all buy and sell her at our own risk we should band together to make a little more safer to do transactions. Sorry to hear and I will deactive his account and block his IP address. That's as much as I can do unfortunatly.

That's a great idea, although I think it should be set up so that all members put on the list need to be submitted for approval and then put on the list by a mod or something to prevent unwarranted blackballing. But this would be a great protection for our loyal members.

Too many people take advantage of the trusting nature, and relative anonymity of the internet to scam people out of money. People like that deserve to be sent to the lowest ring of Hell, and have Harvey Keitel shove pineapples up their arse!

I tried to file a paypal claim, it said this type of transaction wasn't covered.

Did you send it for "goods" or "personal"?
