HELP!! Steering Wheel

I have a 1999 LGT and just recently I've been having a lot of trouble turning the car. The steering wheel, all of a sudden, became extremely tight and hard to turn.

Earlier this week, I've replaced the steering rack and the power steering pump. The steering wheel loosened up for about a day or two after the repairs. But just yesterday the problem came back...I have no idea what it is...

Any suggestions?

There could be air in the power steering system. What fluid did you use in it?

Automatic transmission fluid

Check for leaks and also "bleed" the system. What I learned was to fill it up, turn the wheel lock to lock, and then see if you can put anymore fluid in. If not, then you are bled, but something else could be binding up.
