I had these cars a few years ago, and kind wish that I kept the GVR4. I was on my way to doing a JDM front and rear bumper swap on it, but I sold it before I got the chance.

Cool cars. I saw a Galant VR-4 like yours in Seattle last month and realized it was the first one I've seen in over a year.

Thanks. The VR4 was a high 11 sec car that the previous owner rallyx'd. It was a fun car. too bad it wasn't very streetable.

I've only seen one VR4 Galant in person, it was at a autocross I think. That's one of a very few cars on my list of if I ever come across one for sale and have the money it's a done deal.

i would have keep that vr-4 over the ss? yes. the vr-4 glant is alot harder to find than an ss.

i sold my ss so i could finish out my 2 pot 4 pot swap along with other things.

I regret selling the car to this day. I know where to go to get another one, but that will have to wait for a little while.

Love the GVR4, but man those were some ugly stock wheels, huh? Interesting that it seems you started with the most powerful cars and then moved towards less and less powerful ones. Typically it goes the other way... :)

Actually, I started my road to car modding with a 1985 Pontiac Firebird S/E, with a whole 165hp engine. :-) The GVR4 was one of my more recent cars, just before I got the 240SX. I may end up getting back into DSMs but it will all depend on whether I wanna swap transmissions on a monthly basis. That and I wanna see how the Subaru does for me. :-)
