Yeo, new to the forum here. Like it a lot. Good to see some fans of the Legacy and not just wrx. Need some advice with my 03 tho. Just got an intake. Was wondering if i need to protect the air filter via mounting around aluminum air box or not? Also, I was considering a mass air flow sensor. Will i need to do any drilling?? Finally, are throttle body spacers worth it??? Thanks.

Just gots me a 03 legacy about a month ago and i love it....I'm a new here myself.
I would imagine slight drilling for the mass air flow sensor but that's easy. What brand of intake did you get?

matty2hotty is selling a Top mount air intake that mounts right under your scoop,

but a shield for the intake would defintley help, keep the hot engine air away from your cone filter
