BE Front lips ( help me choose one)

So Ive been wanting to get a front lip for my 02 legacy GT,

Soon my full exhaust will be done, and i just finished a full voltage, ignition and spark build on the car. Once i have the exhaust built i was hoping to get a lip, but i havent really found any i like, any one got suggestions.

Subaru_Terrence had a great idea. Take a USDM Integra (98-01) lip and fit it to the BE bumper. I did this after I met up with Terrence and saw how nice it looked. Although kind of a big lip for some.

OR...you can try to modify a v-limited lip from imrpeza or newer LGT but i cant guarantee the fitment since i never try.
i would ASSUME if you can get a lip that is around the same length of the bumper, you should be fine

I have a V-Limited lip for a GD 04' I'll do a moch-up this weekend if its not to cold. My buddy with his BE GT bought the USDM lip (Thanks Terrence) and we have yet to put it on.

GD 04-05 V-limited USDM + 98-01 integra lip actually. The Mugen lip should mount identicly to the USDM lip since they go on the same bumper and mount to the same points. Either way I'll post up when its warmer.

it's not gonna fit our USDM cars even if you have a 03 bumper

thats wierd cuz it looks just like the 03-04 lgt front bumper with a lip, do you know where i could get the lip?

Don't be fooled, that's a REV D bumper and JDM bumpers are shorter.

The D model BE actually had several different front bumpers. You only posted the B4. This is a picture of another one (one I actually have in preparation for a full D model conversion):

As you can see, it looks very similar to the US-spec bumper you posted (which is why I was going to ask for some dimensions). the huge difference (as far as i can tell) is the number plate area.


Oh, and please stop calling it "REV D". It's confusing as there were only two revisions. Read the useful Subaru info for more.

Notice that the B4 is what people seem to think is the only bumper design for the D model BE, whereas the wagons have a bumper design similar to the US models. And the Lancasters have yet another style.

Some member here put an accord lip on his BE and it looks really good. I just can't remember who it is. He has a that brownish copper color with white volk rims.

Im going to bump this because I have gotten the Integra Type R Lip. It will be on this week and i will post pics!! i got the 94-97, cause it has the flat top, 98-01 lips fold up and into the integra bumpers. The only way you could use an 98-01 is if you are getting it through eBay, cause in reality they are so very different!!
