I've seemed to have misplaced the Guide that sits over the Timing Belt at the Crank Sprocket. It protects against skipping a tooth at high RPM's, and I want to replace it.

I can't seem to find an OEM one on the internet, But I have found an after market one for 2002-2008 WRX.

So do I:
1) Go to the junk yard
2) Go to the Dealer
3) Buy the WRX part
4) Forget about it

Most of all I need to know if the WRX one will fit!
Thank you

have you tried looking it up on an OEM subaru parts website? if you find it there you should be able to cross reference the part number to the wrx to see if they are interchangeable.

P/N 13145AA001 alt. is 13145AA020
wrx 2.0 and 02-04 2.5 sohc uses mix of 13145AA001 and 13145AA020
04+ 2.5 use 13145AA021
but a alternitive to 13145AA020 is 13145AA021
it's basicly on north american models
13145AA000 was used pre-97
13145AA001 was used 98-99
13145AA020 was used 00-03
13145AA021 was used late 03-04+
so i believe its safe to say they will work between the years and 2.0 and 2.5
