09 Factory fog light/ wiring harness

I have an 09 legacy that came without fog lights, i want fog lights and was looking to go with the factory lights and mounting hardware. Now my question is since my model came without fog light is there still a plug in the OEM wiring harness for them. Cuz i want to have the OEM setup even getting and fog light button on the dash where the OEM button would go.

i think all the wiring is there, just need the parts to plug into. did you look and see?
