Hey guys i'm new here :) My name's Boris, i'm 26 y.o from Israel and i drive a 1997 ej18e legacy. after reading a while before registering i could see that you all know what you're talking about.
For now i have a couple of questions.
1. do i have an OBD connector or an OBD2 connector ?
2. I've read that it's somewhere under the wheel where's the driver but there are so many plugs there that i really can't figure it out.

Welcome to SLi.

OBDII / OBD2 was introduced in 1996+ and the port is usually in this location on a left hand drive car. so it would be opposite on a right hand drive car.

You can pickup a OBD2 scanner/code reader/check engine light eraser from your local parts place but I'v been to Israel a few times and its not as easy to find items as it is in North America.
