i had to replace my rear bumper on that same model car and had a hell of a time finding a stock one. i live in japan (tokyo during that time) and had people looking high and low for it. when a dealership found it, they told me it was the last one in the area. good luck.

I have access to them, but I cannot ship them. You can order them at any Subaru dealership in Japan. There are even some used ones around. It's all just a matter of price.
