outback wagon and sus

i have a 98 outback wagon (auto) and my brother has a 99 SUS 30th limited (5-speed swap.)
i was wondering if anything happened to ether car what parts would i be able to take from it.
i know the wheels are the same dimensions but they are not the same design.
the cars are not the same color but i am guessing the whole front clip would be swappable.
what about the doors front and rear.
i am hoping that the cars will last another 5-10 years but you never know what will happen, Murphy's law, one of the laws at least.

here is a list of will NOT work. less to type
rear window
windows from the rear doors
trunk
rear bumper
tail lights
rear seats
exhaust is too short or too long, depends if its going from wagon to sedan, and vise versa.
I'm sure there is more that wont fit, but you can swap just about all of the drive train. motor, trans, axles, diff. ect.
