are the stock struts on a 2000 blitzen adjustable?

i bought new springs to lower my car, but the front seems to be higher (was like this before i put the new springs on) than the rear. this has me wondering if it can be adjusted. i want the car to sit even on the front and rear. anyone have any ideas?

The factory suspension (both struts and springs) for the '00 Blitzen are the exact same ones on the RSK. So no, the struts aren't adjustable.
