Yes we do have taxes on that. 25% and you still have to pay like 16000$ more to get it on the road.
But i was thinking about avoiding that. Find a car, buy it, send one of my local Russian friends over the boarder and pick it up. Move all the parts over to my car and scrap the rest:)
