what else should i do/replace with the engine out?

Come Monday the STUbaru is headn to the shop to have the head gasket replaced along with timing belts and water pump...since the motor and tranny are being seperated I'm doin the clutch and flywheel at the same time since my car is approaching 160k (and its a2002)
Anything else I should do while everythings out as prevenitive maintance????? Specifically on the tranny

Replacing the front seal on the tranny is never a bad idea.

If I had my motor out right now i would do....

Trans front seal.
Engine Rear main seal.
Drinking
:smt025
Crank/cam front seals.
Water pump.
Oil pump.
Drinking

Valve cover gaskets and little plastic plug...things.
Timing belt.
Thermostat..why not.
Vacuum lines under intake manifold, take it off, good excuse for IM spacers.

Having a shop do it they,rre not going to charge labor on the clutch/flywheel but the seals are comething I was planning on and the nuetral safety switch since my car will hesitate rpm,s
