Muffler advise.

I already have some unequal length borla headers and was wondering which axleback will be a better choice for looks and sound. Borla xr1 or a sti muffler? I'm also wondering about how much each muffler drone inside the cabin? Better flow? Let me know if anyone has any experience with these mufflers?

Get either a borla, magna flow, or a vibrant muffler

I just put a full Magnaflow exhaust on my car (muffler, resonator, cat) combine with my OBX EL header. It actually has a very mellow sound, almost no drone. I think it would sound really good with a UEL header since it would really tone down the rasp that is kind of inherent with that type of system.

Thanks both for the suggestion. I think i will go down that route either magnaflow or borla. Ouch1011, do you have a sound clip of your setup?

I'd go straight pipe. HARDCORE to the MAX!

Actually... No. I'd probably run a Flowmaster Series 40 and an aftermarket cat, and the rest custom piping. Much more mellow and low key, but you'll get a bit of rumble when you put the right foot down.
