ej20t swap

I have a 99 legacy 4EAT with an ej221 and was wondering what would i would be in for to do an ej20t swap? Will i have to switch out the ecu, wiring harness, or any other hardware? I was also wondering what a good base price is for the engine and/or anything else that i'll have to buy...
