My headlights as well as the lights in my gauge cluster all dim any time i hit the brakes or use the windows, or anything that takes more power. I have also noticed while driving at night that the higher my rpms are the more the lights dim. For example the closer my car is to redline the dimmer the lights are, and when the car shifts the get brighter.
Anyone have any idea what would cause this or how I could fix this?

Well, it could be a sign of a bad battery, or alternator, but most likely it's just bad grounds. Check the terminals on your battery and make sure they're good and corrosion free. You might also take time to check all of your connections and make sure they're good and tight.

Finally, I'd run by a local auto parts store and have them do a test on your charging system. It may reveal a bad battery or alternator.
