I know theese types of questions are basically useless online, but i have strange squeak coming from my rear driver side. It like a high pitch bird or metal to metal, it obviously changes with the speed of the car. It sometimes is really loud sometimes is quiet and sometimes does not exist. It seems to be the most obvious between 30 - 50, but my car is kinnda loud on the freeway, so i might be missing it. I checked the wheel bearings by getting the wheel off the ground and it didnt seem to have any movement side to side. The brakes were new about 7 months ago. The car is old my98 with 130k and some rallyX exposure. It might be brakes, but it doesnt only happen when applying or not applying the brakes. It could be the shocks, but bumps do not seem to affect it. legacy gurus unite to help me.

Maybe you could try a high pressure underbody car wash to see if it dislodges any stones trapped?
