B4 RSK BFM 5 speed cluster wiring

Does anyone have any diagrams or knowledge on how to connect the 5 speed BFM cluster to the stock 2001 Legacy cluster harness. My car has been converted to manual as well as converted to turbo and the guys are having a devil of a time getting the 5 speed BFM to work properly. It looks like when they turn the ignition on , the gold rings light up and then start flickering. Some kind of power issue. For the moment I'll have to stick with the boring OEM cluster :(
