Stock alarm

Once in awhile I would hear my car alarm do a single high pitch beep like a bird chirping noise, I dont press on any of my keyless buttons it just does that automatically. I check to see if it unlocks my doors or if the light alarm goes off or not but it seems to still be armed. Does this happen to any of you guys with a stock alarm? Any help would be great thanks.

The horn never worked in my cars, both had stock alarms.
