Up-pipe/Down-pipe Options

I have a 96 Legacy L that I will be turboing for low boost soon. I plan on using the stock headers (I believe they can be used).

Anyways I know I will need a custom up-pipe made. Could I get WRX down pipe and have an exhaust shop mate up a stock WRX mid-pipe back to it?

What is the best route to go?

I apologize if there is a thread on this I couldn't find it.

A WRX downpipe is basically your only option. An exhaust shop should have no problem getting it figured out once you get the up-pipe and turbo mounted.
