This is what the fender liners look like on my car, and it annoys me more than anything. What can/should I do to close up the gap? Add more fender liner material? Bend stuff?

I have the clip, but it doesn't pull the bumper in toward the liner enough.

Drill + zip tie.
 This may be what I resort to. The gap bothers me so much for some reason.

I thought at first you took a pic of MY car! It's exactly the same as mine, and I've never really minded. It's not doing any harm...

just take the liner out, dump your car, and you will never see the inner fender again lol

Anybody have any updates on this?
I replaced my drivers side liner because the previous owner/seller cut a hole in it so he could access the bumper bolt inside... which he didnt even use... instead he drove a sheetmetal screw into my fender :smt017
Even after replacing though... I have that same gap on both sides... with the clips installed.
I am annoyed by it too and would love to fix it...
Lets start tossing around ideas besides a drill and zip tie... no offense Huffer.

Forgot about this thread. I went ahead and did the drill+black zip-ties, and it works perfectly.

What did you ziptie it too?
Explain please... do you see any holes or zipties?

I had the same problem after i did my jdm fog install. I ditched the factory hardware and I just used a 25mm long M6 bolt with 2 decent sized washer and a nut, it pulled nice and tight. I'll take a pic tomorrow if needed
