The speedbleeders are ok if you only need to bleed one car. The pumps (motive, mightyvac, etc) are useful if you're bleeding more than one car...In the long run, the pumps usually are more cost effective as a set of speedbleeders will already run you $20+ while the pump start at around $50 and you can pretty much take it with you to each new car that you own.

Speed bleeders can rust/adhere themselves to the caliper too.

So what about a mightvac?

If someone had a motive locally I'd buy that instead but I gotta do my rotors this weekend....

you can make a better bleeder yourself.

need about 3ft of clear vac hose(that fits over the end of the bleeder), and a clear swave shampoo bottle.

you drill a hole into the bottom on the swave bottle for air to escape. connect the vac hose to the hole where the shampoo comes out of.

you fill the bottle with about 1/2 bottle of fluid. connnet to your bleeder. crack bleeder. than pump. this pushes all the air out and sucks back fluid into the empty space that the air just made.

goes faster and is alot easier and cheaper than buying the parts/tools you asked about.

Honestly, i have always had good luck with these one man bleeder kits.

my only complaint is that the bottle is a little small, so if your trying to change out whole system in the car it takes a little bit of running back and forth.

that's the on I used (but got from Auto zone) that fucked my impreza brakes up that night like 4 years ago

I think I'm going to make a bleeder as seen here it's about the same way, no?
