Hey,
Been planning and budgeting for a dream of mine.
I'm looking at putting an EG33 into a 1989-91 legacy sedan. ECU isn't a problem. But I was just curious as to if anyone has undertaken this mission before? Im mainly looking for advice on transmissions, drivelines, mounts etc, was thinking just using a factory 5 spd manual from a 94-96 legacy.
but yeh any advice, tricks or hints would be awesome

P.S dont bother mentioning anything forced induction, im to young to even attempt getting insurance with a turbo'ed car, hence the EG33 and not a EJ20 turbo.

Insurance should not know the difference. They have no record of a swap or how to enter it into the system. They go off of the VIN.

I will help you out as well. There is a link in my signature with my full build.

Many thanks guys, lots of reading but will definately keep me occupied!
I still need to finish my current car to flog that off to fund the legacy, but will keep you up to date when everything starts moving

Every H6 swap I've read about the car was out of commission for months, so you might want to take that into consideration and have a spare beater to drive in the mean time.
