It should be just the same as the projectors. Keep in mind that they were plug-and-play for the cars over here. So it stands to reason that if you go to the projector install thread, you'll get your answers.

unless you got a harness (full with 9004 connector and relay) with the lights just wire them like the jdm projectors. split the power from the connector and connect the grounds to the correct low or high ground wire
