Where can I find AUS taillights?

The only place I've been able to find AUS (liberty) taillights for my 98 LGT (US) is on japanpartner.com. Unfortunately they seem to be VERY few and far between.
I've searched the .au domain exhaustively. Am I correct in my assumption that there is no real N.O.S. distributors for car parts in Australia?

Does anyone know of a place to get these taillights?

Err, I think you mean JDM tail lights? I don't know what difference Australian taillights have vs the Jap-spec ones, but it'll be a lot easier to find JDM ones.

Everyone goes direct to Subaru Australia for NOS. I'm aware there are two series of JDM tails.

the white on the AUDM/JDM and the orange on the USDM and i think for wagons (EDIT: ALSO ON SEDANS) instead of it saying subaru like the USDM has it, it says legacy in the center garnish on the AUDM/JDM

yeah the difference is the reflectors in the light. I just bought a set of series one jdm tails as i prefer the look of the reflectors in those one over the series 2's

The AUDM garnish says "Subaru" not Legacy (same as US?). They are called "Liberty" here in Australia

Wait, what? 'LEGACY' is in the garnish over here (Japan) because there is a 'SUBARU' badge. Over there it says 'SUBARU' in the garnish because you have 'LEGACY' badges. To my knowledge, only the S401 has 'SUBARU' in the garnish over here. I have neither 'SUBARU' nor 'LEGACY' badges.

It'd be kinda cool to have a 'LIBERTY' badge though... :cool:

Yeah in Aus there's no Subaru badge, only Liberty and the variant ie: GX, RX, GT etc so the "Subaru" is in the garnish

i've got two liberty badges here i'm selling as well if anyones interested :smile:

It's not a limited front bar, it's just a standard series 2 rx/bt-b bar.
