Wrx seats into bd?

So while searching craigslist today I came across some wrx front seats. For $180. Iv heard they are really nice. Are they? And would I have any problems putting them in my 98 bd?

I thought o had heard they would sit high. Is that true? That's my biggest concern being that I'm 6'3"
And I have been looking around and had no luck with finding them cheaper. Plus I don't have to pay for shipping on these

I'm 5'11 and the driver seat is adjustable, so it works. Passenger is uncomfortably high, but my tall friends just lean the seat back. If you have a sunroof, definately no way.
