Hi all y'all, again. So I finally got the a/c charged to the correct pressure, according to the 2 gauges I have that came with (2) R134 retro kits. My 2 fuses, a 10a and a 20a are good. The 4 relays in the engine fuse box are present, yet none click when the a/c button is pressed, (which lights up). Maybe it's the pressure switch, but I have no idea of the inputs/outputs of the 4 wires. Site glass is clear/no bubbles. Juiced up the compressor directly w/ 12v and get icy cold air.

So, any ideas ??? Is there a relay or fuse in stealth mode? Does a subi take a tad more pressure than other cars? (I had another 92 Leggy that took Over-charging a tad to get the thing working).

Mucho appreciated

pressure switch would be my first guess, but im not sure if or where the older legacys have them.

have you confirmed 12V is getting the the fuse, and relay(both switch and coil), checked compressor ground?

The pressure switch, located on the dryer, has 4 wires going to it, which of course should read out differently with the a/c switch off vs on, and if the pressure switch is operating correctly, then what is the specific output(s) on what wires, leading to 12v to the compressor. (directly or thru relays, etc,???) No voltage presently is getting to the compressor.

Anyone have a schematic?

Anyone know this system well and the order of what occurs once the a/c button is pushed???

Thanks
