I have no parking brakes

So.. simple yeah I got around to finally doing the rear rotors after doing the fronts about 6 days ago.. anyways long story short when I went to put everything back (I was able to remove the rotors without having to back the parking brake pads back) When all was said and done I found I had no parking brakes.. So I wen to adjust the star wheel which turning it upwards should make the pads come closer to the rotor but still when I pulled the e brake I still had no parking brakes at all.

Any tips?

Have you checked the ebrake cable to make sure its still tight?

It is I found the issue the spring above the star wheel had got hung up on the spring or I should say it was the spring that did.
