I seen it done before, I seen a pic on cardomain. I think it was a stock impreza bumper, Look like crap to me.

I don't remember the dimensions off the top of my head, but I'm with Reason, I've seen pictures of it done as well, I've only seen writeups for switching a Version 3 GC bumper to a Version 5/6 bumper. If I were you I'd just get one of the JDM Legacy bumpers, it will look a lot better and it belongs there, and suprisingly some aren't anymore expensive than run-of-the-mill GC stuff.

I found a japanese site with an oldschool legacy that did a version 3 (it looks) bumper and skirts swap, its the 18th one down IIRC, kind of a burgundy color with white (unpainted) bumpers and skirts.

Otherwise, take a look at all the different bumpers and kits available over there for BD/BG's and the like.

impreza chassis is a bit shorter in width / length than the leggie

try and put preza body pieces on and it will look all kinds of messed up

you'll be able to TELL that the pieces dont go

you dont want that....

bookmark this site.

huge variety of kits....
pricey? not really considering what you're getting.

If I had the money for it I'd grab that Syms kit in the bottom pictures, looks nice and sleek. Also check out that www.tuningspec.com (http://www.tuningspec.com) site, they have some kits there as well, haven't checked prices between the two, but I'd guess it'd be similar.
