HELP!!! Tail lights wont turn on.

i need some help. my brake lights work but my running lights and tail lights done work, I have checked the fuses and they are all fine. i am not sure where the relay is for the tail lights so if you could help me with that. or if it is something other then that. thanks for any advise.

The relay should be above the dead pedal on the driver's side under the dash. Its also possible that the filament used for the running lights are bad. The brake bulbs have 2 filaments in them; one of braking, and one for tail lights.

Make sure to check your grounds! This can cause really weird stuff to happen with lights!
