The following are the parts that are required for doing a timing belt (and coolant change). This refers only to the BD/BG Legacy model, though SOME part numbers may be universal. At the very least, it will give you an idea of prices and what is required.
EJ25DOHC Timing Belt #13028AA072 $60-$75
[EJ22 non California Timing Belt #13028AA102]
[EJ22 California Timing Belt #13028AA150]
Timing Belt Adjuster/Tensioner Assembly #130333AA040 $140 - this part is useful if you don't want to deal with compressing the tensioner spring yourself. This comes pre-packed from the factory and is a straight bolt on.
Water Pump #21111AA007 $90
Water Pump Gasket #21114AA051 $2.50
Oil Pump EJ25 #15010AA234 $129
Oil Pump EJ22 #15010AA300 $116
Front Oil Seal #806733030 $6.00
Subaru Coolant Conditioner Additive #SOA635071 $1.39
You will need either genuine Subaru Coolant or some kind of 50/50 ethyl glycol mix (Peak Global 50/50 is ok) - 6.8qts.
While you're doing all this, you might as well replace the following:

Lower Radiator Hose #45167AA030 & #091748014X2 $16
