Do you guys adjust the over all length on suspensions to be about the same size as the stock and then put them on? On my suspensions I noticed that I can adjust the over all length of the suspensions and Im not sure if I have it too high or not. Do you guys jack up the control arm up a few inches and then bolt it on? I just bolted it up when everything was hanging at its lowest. I figured I can always lower it with the coilovers if the over all length is too long but would it compress the shock too much? Any suggestions would be great.

Need more information - what suspension setup are you installing?

Are the rear suspensions suppose to be longer then the front ones since the strut tower sits up higher then the front ones? How do you tell which ones goes on the front or rear? The only thing I notice different is the camber plates and the bottom piece of the suspension that bolts up to the hubs. There are 2 sizes of the bottom plates where it bolts up the to hub one is longer then the other. I think I have it on backwards im not sure. I have the longer bottom plates on the front and the shorter bottom plates on the rear. I maxed the height on the rear suspensions with the shorter plates and it couldnt reach up to the strut tower so I am guessing I have it on wrong. Can you just jack the whole hub up as high as it goes and just bolt it up or it that not a good idea? Any suggestions would be great thanks.
