Currently have a 5sp 1997 brighton with 138k on her. The plugs, head gasket and timing belt were all done
at 130k. Right now when I go WOT in 2nd gear the car will buck alittle like its not getting enough gas, also it
hits a little flat spot in the upper RPMs, not fuel cut but kinda like a bog. Also I replaced the fuel filter recently.
What should I change to fix this?

Cleaning the injectors can make a difference ! But first check if around the fuel filter the lines don't take air somewhere.

These come to mind:

Are you running 87 octane gas?
Have you checked your air filter?
You can try cleaning your MAF.
How old is your O2 sensor?

Also, check timing again. Even though your t belt was just done, doesnt mean it cant slip, especially if they didnt reinstall the little cover over the crank sprocket.

Thanks for suggestions, the car threw a misfire code x5, so I replaced the plug wires and knock sensor.
She runs like a champ now.
