Changing spot light bulb Subaru Legacy 1997 - USA model

Is there a way of doing this with out removing all the cowling from under bumper? Any one know the bulb spec?

I think he means fog light. You can unbolt the fog without taking out the bumper. Not sure of the bulb size, but someone will chime in.

Sorry, yes I meant fog light. Do you know how I access it? Through wing....?

from the sounds of it, it shouldnt be the third or the second, but just wanted to make sure everybody was on the same page....

a 97 l either wagon or sedan should have the first pictured set... the USDM projectors.
