Hi all. I'm currently taking out my motor and box to do some work on them and was just wondering if there was anything that i could do to get some better performance out of the motor.
I'm currently intending to
1) replace the vf18/vf19 with vf25/vf27
2) put on new dump-pipes 2.5" primary, 3" secondary and exhaust 3"
3) replace the head gasket
4) put on a Light weight Chromoly Flywheel 12lb
5) new heavy duty exedy clutch
6) put a T piece in the fuel rails to stop the fuel leaning out on the 4th cylinder
Is there any other mods that I should do while I have the engine out of the car?
any help would be much appreciated.

i wonder how the tiny turbos would handle a 2.5...i would imagine them running out of breath REAL early

there's a reason you keep hearing it mate
drive a single and see how you feel after that. if it's just the "idea" you like that's cool but single really is worth considering. i've converted both my twins to single now and haven't looked back.
