So honestly how was the Beamer crowd? Are they good to talk to? I just see BMW mixing with money and that does not alway make a good combination. Really nice cars and trust me I would drive an M!

1 of the biggest misconceptions ever. I'm a broke ass Dad. Some fake people even try to ride my wallet cause they think the same thing.
Honestly? I don't like going to meets. I didn't even want to place my car in the show. After getting convinced by a few friends, I'm glad I did show up and go.
BUT.... Free food/drink and a Beer??? Who could pass that up.
As far as the crowd goes, People are people, no matter what they drive. On-line tho is another story. I'm getting more and more help now that people are starting to put the car with face/Screen Name.
Couple more from others on our caravan up:

That first E38 looks yummy! And being a former E28 owner, I can't help but love a clean, style 5'd E24. Cool turn out... even though it needed less Bangle, more old school. ;P

Chris Bangle. Former designer for BMW. A number of motoring magazines didn't really like his work. With exception to the 7-series, I rather liked his stylings.
