Hey... First post and I could use some help.

I got out to the parking lot after a football game and viewed some damage to my 1996 Legacy GT. Just wondering if anybody has advice on where to get replacement parts and how to install them? It may be hard to see, but all of the passenger side rear corner light covers are broken, although the bulbs still work.

EDIT: I have replaced the corner that was broken, but am struggling to find a center tail light piece. I have a fitment question on the center garnish/tail light piece, it appears that they may have changed something with the cars that have a production date after 6/95. This is possibly something with the wiring harness. Mine is 4/95, so I need to know if it is possible for me to install one from a later BD.
Thanks for the help.

Go JDm!

If I do get JDMs, will it all fit in together? Since I also need to replace the center garnish, and I've read that the JDMs don't easily go on the US cars, I just want to make sure that it will be an easy installation, even for a car noob like me.

NO.. The JDM center garnish does NOT fit the USDM cars (sedan).

The trunk lid is a bit different on the JDM cars, thats why they are able to work with the JDM center garnish. It will not work on a USDM trunk lid.

See the white part of the center garnish? Compare yours to the JDM version. Its different. The JDM version is flat, while the USDM white part of the center garnish curls inward a bit.

The JDM tail light (corners) DO fit the USDM cars. You will need to replace with a USDM center, and JDM / USDM corners if you did break one of the corners as well (cant see too good in pic).

If you want some cheap USDM corners and dont want to go the JDM route.. i have USDM corners I can sell you for a cheap cheap price. Just shoot me a PM. Or you can of course go the more expensive JDM route if thats in your taste as well.

Thanks for the help everyone!
To clarify- I need to replace both the right corner and the center garnish.

I went to the local bodyshop today, and although they could get me the corner lamp, they aren't able to get a center piece for me, so I guess I'm looking at purchasing them online and self installing.

You best bet would be to put a 'wanted' thread on here for the center garnish. There are people parting out cars on here, and I'm sure someone must have one around.

Also, check craigslist for people parting out cars, and then just ask them if they are willing to ship. Most people are.
