Is this ticking normal? *Video inside*

I know there is a thread in here somewhere that describes at ticking sound as normal for the 2.2L. I just bought this car 2 weeks ago and this ticking is kinda worrying me now. Is it normal? It seems to still do it even after the motor is warmed up. Car has 210,000 miles on it and I have no history of the car

ALSO: My 01 Impreza Coupe with a 2.2L motor does not make this sound and it has 150,000 miles on it.

does it go it with the engine running in park? if so, can you do another vid from under hood/ around the car?

almost sound exhausty to me, but thats with poor speakers and lots of wind noise.

I can hear it just fine, haha. Yes, it does it in park. It's definitely coming from the motor... it's a iPhone video

Sounds like lifter noise, which is common but not "normal" per say from a 95. (95s used the noise-prone hydraulic lash adjusters, vs the solid lash adjusters for 96 or 97+)

Would this happen with HLA issues... while driving the ticking happening and then all of a sudden it STOPS? Then it comes back the next time the car starts? I've noticed it stop twice now but then comes back.
