Well, I finally went out and took some pictures of the beast last night. I brought this car into Canada at the beginning of the year, and these are the first pics I've taken - I can hardly believe that!
Took some pics last night. First pics I've done of the Leggy since it's been in Canada if you can believe that, and not super happy with them, tonnes of mistakes - but for better or worse - here they are.

Mods:
Exterior: Removed JDM standard lights, and put in JDM projectors.
Future plans: Ebay Air intake (on its way) and boost gauge.

Wow, I see these things all the time and they are never in as good a shape as that. Your's looks like it's new.

Thanks Yamazaki! It's got 60,000 Km on it now, and had 52 when it came over. It's in pretty good shape - but there are some issues. The window trim was hacked up with a razor blade to get the rainguards off before it went to auction (at some point) and there is one part that would be hidden by the rainguard where the paint is worn/shaved off. It's about 3mm round. The bottom guards are inconsistent black, I need to treat them again, and the sideskirts don't stay on perfectly - I think that I need a couple new clips in the middle.
Other than that, it's yeah, pretty nice! I've had great luck from Japan. I also put some elbow grease and Meguiars' into it! :) But, yes, the paint seems pretty good, and I can't find any fade on it (usually I have a little somewhere -roof or spoiler etc)

Mint, that is a beauty. Curious about the lights though, did you put those on? They didn't come on BD5A's ya see. They came on the 250T's, but not the GT's and RS's
he bought them from me reuben :)

yup! Hey Zac! Thanks again - I obviously got it all figured out! Took me a while, but should have taken 30 minutes.
My wife likes the leggy so much, that she wants another one, so after I go through my 2 sti's coming, and maybe a sambar, I'll get a leggy wagon.
Reuben - I mentioned it in my first post, but I don't know if I got the right terminology.. I just call 'em projectors.. :D
Thanks all for the kind comments.

A Sambar?! That'd definitely be different. Maybe you could do it up like this: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=16929 (http://www.sl-i.net/FORUM/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=16929)

You should take one of thoes sambar things (first time I ever heard of it), do an STI swap, convert it to RWD (assuming it isn't already??) and have an epic drift machine

oh, Yamazaki! I love that sambar.. it's bitchin! (pardon my french) What I love more on that page is the Vivio! That's soooo awesome. I find those models so ugly too - I could do a hatch, but not the x90 looking 2 door.. yech. But this is just so over the top..
With the Sambar, I'm thinking van. I think I'll hate it, but I can't get it out of my mind. Turbocharged Sambar with a 660cc or should I go the domingo route with a 1200? It's gonna have to be AWD though. Fo'sho. I think the VW Combi would be a good way to go. I'd really like to have a low gas usage vehicle to use as a backup, or for Ikea trips, if I keep going with sedans. I'd like to pimp the inside out. Big stereo, white leather interior, with a laminate floor! :) I think it'd be hilarious, and hideous, and I want one, but I know I'll hate it.
I've got troubles bud! :)

Geez. My wife driving, and some dude turns across traffic, nails her. She's fine, it was slow, but damn. Also supersucks, because a guy at my work has been looking forward to owning this Jan 1st for a couple months. Body shops are busy here right now because we've got lots of snow/accidents. Bonus picture of my STi II, 555 wagon to illustrate how much snow we got last week:

Damage does not look to be too bad for ya. Good luck with it.
gahh sorry to see this, hope its not a write off :(

Well, thanks Zac. Happened the day after we ran into each other. :( Both of us.. I'm going to go get the bodyshop quote today. It won't be a write off (pretty sure). The guy wanted to deal outside insurance, so that's good. I know the other owner of an RS (pretty rare) in Canada, and his is worth 11K plus, and he's got paperwork to this effect, so I'll be okay even if we go through insurance.
after 3 weeks of waiting my car is finnaly getting repaired,
repairs were at $8000 and they wrote off my car so I got on the phone and yelled at my insurance company and dared them to find my car for sale for less then $16000. So now they have the value for my car at $17000
Good luck man!!

ah, man - read this on WSC.. I'm glad you got that covered. Insurance companies would have a tough time writing stuff off, if they had to provide you with a car that was the same as your old one - because they are always undervalued..
Where did you go? I used Boyd's the first time something happened, and it took forever, poor job too. This time, no F'n around - I went to cougar on yellowhead and 90 something. Told me 3100 and 1 to 2 weeks, and they can take me next week! :D So - I just have to see that the dude pays up. 3100 didn't sound too bad to me!

Sorry to hear about your car, thankfully it wasn't worse and no one was injured!
What with it being so rare, hopefully it can be repaired and not written off... sometimes getting insurance involved with older cars isn't worth it, they'd rather just write vehicles off most of the time, especially if the vehicle is older, they just don't want the hassle, it sucks. Hopefully it works out for you though, don't let them screw around!
i'm getting it repaired at the shop I work at.

So, it's a sad, and happy time. I got the Leggy back from the shop today. They did everything, except the moulding. "We don't have any idea where to get that.." duh! hmm, well, I could just phone around here, or I could talk to my man Bear at Brave Auto.
I gave it the treatment tonight. Tomorrow night, I'll do the fluids and swap decks for him -he wants something different - as well as a couple other things - got a squeaky belt to loosen/tighten etc. The glass wipes worked terribly though.. arrgh. Have to figure that out tomorrow.. :( My buddy gets it on Thursday, and he's exited! So, I guess that's a good thing. I'll still get to see it, and he'll have a rad car too.. that's always good!
Funny how I never really took pics of this one, it served our fam well, is very comfy, and great for space, and long trips. I think out of all my current cars, it runs the best, it's just flawless. Cosmetically pretty decent too - although the paint chipping isn't my fav on the bumper. :( I suspect my neighbor, but what're you gonna do?
Anyhow, the last set of pics I'll ever do with this beast, while I own it.
a couple pics for you - starting with the fix.

Thanks Danny! I will miss this, but I'll get to see it everyday! I work with my buddy, so I'll get to see to it that it's taken care of. I've got a GT-B wagon coming in June, so I won't be long, outside the legacy family! I've just got to do a little pic hunting here to determine that the US trim is the same as the Japan trim (I've got no reason to believe it isn't), and then order that up.
