OKay guys this is really a process that didn't happen overnight. There are risks when modifying your car as we all know(or should atleast), so no one can take any responsibility if anything happens but YOU!
So I went with a Plug and Play setup since i didn't want to hack my wiring harness up and also so i can always convert back to orginal cluster. Also note you will end up with like 4 wires too short on your male plug(for P N D 3 2 1 pins) so you will need to hunt down any electrial plug in the wrecking yard and take some pins out of one. The grey area(Unused Pins) i took out of the male harness and used in other empty locations that were needed. Also there is 3 sets of 2wires that will be tied together to use the same inlet. I edit which ones later on, i just want to get this DIY Thread rolling! :smt024
I had a extra cluster laying around so this also a great reason why i went with the Harness... You will need a used cluster unless you want to hack up your orginal one. But you will need to take the cluster totally apart to get to the plugs/mother board where they are soldered in. You will use all 3 plugs for your females to plug into your car's harness.

Now take every single one of those pins out and solder them onto every single wire of the male harness that will plug into your JDM Cluster. This is the process that will take 1/2 of your time!
(the male harness you will have to hunt down at a wrecking yard and put out, get as much wire as you can off the harness! I cut mine too short since i didn't know wires would pin from PlugB to PlugC!)

Next i pluged every single male connector into the JDM Cluster to go off of the chart of Pinouts to rewire it. It was confusing at first but got it down. This is what it will start to look like once you get you wires going!

Once you get everything wired you will need to unscrew the silver box on the backside of the JDM Cluster, held in by 2 screws, and tuck it back behind the heat ducting, this was a PITA part for me getting it angled just right to make the cluster sit flat and able to bolt it in.
Final look after installed and car started, hence the gas gold ring and top of the rpm ring has blown bulbs

-I didn't use the illumination option since i couldn't figure it out on the wiring for plug&play.
-The wiring chart was orginally from fibuz, so thank him everyone!
-Your JDM Pinout/Plug layout... Note US Pinout/Plug layout is the same except Plug C has 14 Pins, Not 18.
