stumbled across this forum and decided to join. no doubt there are many i know from rslc here, but ill do a proper introduction..

Names Paul, i own a 93 Liberty RS turbo wagon. Thats a legacy to you guys, we had a problem with pur returned servicemans league so subaru changed the name for sale here..

anyhow, mines somewhat modded, with all the work done by yours truly, including engine build, gearbox etc.

ive been working on these things for years, know a little bit about them, and do regular work for mick at techworkz automotive..

some specs..

EJ255, Mahle 2618s, Manley rods, ACL race bearings, ported MY98 heads, Possum Bourne GP N cams, TD06SL2 20G, 780cc injectors, FMIC, 6 speed clutch, MY05 5MT, making approx 240-250 wheel KW, at 23 psi. ,tech edge wideband, haltech E8, late model coils with built in ignitors, will be a tad more when i ditch the std headers this week and install the unequal length GT spec headers.

Real nice car. Question, did it originally come with ABS? All our SS models did, along with a sunroof (which I hate because they leak no matter how good you seal them since the rubber around the glass degrades). I'm debating on building up an EJ25D to use with my EJ20G heads, but engine management's pretty spendy, however there's a guy who chips any 4-plug 20g ecu's local to me that should work.

Hi Mike..

no, it didnt have ABS, was an option, but mine does not have it.

engie management isnt that expensive compared to other options, an ECU like a VIPEC M88 is only $1500 or so, a Haltech PLatinum around the same dollars.

mines an older Haltech E8, but does the job..

cheers
