a little about my wagon..

its a 93 RS turbo liberty, ive thrown on the JDM rear wing, STI lip spoiler, MY02 4 pot brakes, MY05 GT 17" rims, but other than thats its std looking aesthetically.

its all about the power.. :)

EJ255 built (by me :)

block machined and crank linished by Brett Morschells machinists. believe me, machining is where its at with engine building, you are only as good as your machinist. fortunately, i count amongst my friends one of australias best engine builders, who also is crew cheif for ivan scaramuca top doorslammer nitro race car ..

mahle 2618 forged pistons
manley street tuff i-beam rods
acl race bearings
std oil pump
my98 wrx heads, ported, std valves with 3 angle seats
possum bourne gpn cam grinds
gates racing timing belt
match ported throttle body, manifold
780cc late model side feed injectors in RS rails, with carl davey kit, and parallel mod
sard fuel pressure regulator
haltech E8 ecu
tech edge wideband
kinugawa TD06SL2-20G 8cm
3 inch exhaust from turbo back, hi-tech muffler
(soon to be installed) unequal length GTspec headers and up pipe

Front mount, inverted, stainless piping
under manifold stainless inlet piping, straight entry onto turbo
late model ignitor coils (MY99 on WRX/Legacy)
6 speed OEM clutch
MY05 5MT, std - to be replaced by STI 6MT soon

std replacement struts with king springs
whiteline rear bar, adjustable
whiteline links front and rear
whiteline anti lift kit
whiteline rear strut brace
sti carbon fibre front strut brace

MY05 liberty GT rims

sti lip spoiler
JDM rear wing

custom sound system,
self installed alarm system, dash out install into wiring harness to make tamper proof

this is my ongoing project, is running 23psi making approx 250 wheel kw. will have it dynoed when the headers go on soon. drives beautifully, although im still tweaking the tune.. (did the tuning course at haltech and have done all the tune myself bar the on boost fuel/timing). car goes like a scalded cat, lights up all 4 wheels almost at will, and is really, quite a sleeper with a quiet exhaust and understated looks. Nothing like blowing the doors off a 6.2 lt LS3 V8 and then having the driver go what was that????

here are some pics. ill get some current ones and post up soon. if anyone is interested in the engine build or gearbox strip type stuff, ive got hundreds of pics on photobucket.

Bit tired right now, just got back from a rally, crewing for a wrx rally car.. (they did 4th outright and 2nd in series :P)

this is an old pic with the bosch coils. they are gone now.
