2000 transmission lines

i have a 2000 legacy and i had to put a new used transmission in and when i took the lines off i did not mark them :smt021 . i does which line goes to which?

Are you talking about an automatic transmission, which hose goes to the top and bottom of the radiator's transmission cooler part?
