im sure this is on here somewere but i can't find it anywere on the threads! anyways my wheels (not sure what part it is..) but theres rust! how can this be removed safely? does this happen to anyone else? thanks! i hope its an easy fix.

the pictures below show the rust what can also be done to prevent this?

if you look at the arrow theres even a thick amount of rust on the "inside?" as well as the other visible areas of rust. .. all four of my wheels have them!

is there a picture instruction on how to fix this?

those are your brake rotors most of them will rust around edges and around the hub not a real problem but is ugly. If yours are not to old and will not need replacing in a a year or more than yeah go ahead take a wire brush take most of the rust off and paint with caliper paint or barbeque paint as everything else will just melt off if your rotors are old and will need to be replaced soon than just paint new ones to make sure it doest happed anymore gl.

thats normal. They always do that unless you get specially treated ones such as ones like these:

Don't worry about it.. happens on all cars with rotors.
