02 wrx CD changer/HU not powering up? *FIXED*

I have an 02 WRX 6 Disc CD changer head unit that won't power up in my car.
However my factory one works just fine (except the memory doesn't work).
Would a bad constant for the memory keep it from powering up?

After realizing there is a Fuse for the constant (memory) in the engine compartment, I found it was blown, so I replaced it and now the Head unit works!
