Does the 93-01 impreza rear strut bars fit 95-99 legacy?

Really thats odd I have a rear strut bar for 93-01 impreza and the strut mount braket doesnt line up correctly. I also have a rear strut bar for 02-05 impreza and it fits fine for my car. Well thanks for the information appreciate it.
