and then of course after we asked a cop if we can drift around in a chuckie cheese parking lot. he says yes. we cleaned the parking lot of snow and two hours later my car blows up. bent crankshaft,one of the pistons,some tensioners, water pump and some seals. so i found a wrecked 97 outback with only 88k on it and bought it and swapping it in my car. so i will have a bunch of parts for sale. more pics r coming

Yeah it all kinda worked out cause I'm getting a motor and tranny with less miles. The strut bar I was bored at work and made it. 2.5 inch wide by 1/2 thick solid aluminum and the tower loops r just steal.

Yakima's I have a set of outback ones but they r not as wide as the legacy ones.

Thanks. I use to like Thule stuff. I use to have it on my Volkswagen. But now it seems their stuff is really cheap and brittle. I'm probably gonna sell this strut bar I have something else in mind for a new one.

Thanks. It sits high now with no motor and tranny in it lol. Tomorrow we r putting in the new motor and tranny. And outback suspension for the winter. And I'm parting out the donor car and the old motor and tranny.

the new motor and tranny are ready to go back in. new timing belt, rollers, water pump and all new fluids for motor, tranny, and diffs. all goes back in car on saturday

Yeah. I didn't think the motor and tranny would come out as one but it did. That's saves slot of time.
